If you use SendGrid, Postmark, and Amazon SES, you already know the pain: three dashboards, three metric formats, and a manual picture of domain health. You are left guessing true sender reputation. InboxMon collapses that into one score.
What is the sender health score?
A single 0–100 metric for deliverability across all connected ESPs in one workspace. Product labels are Temporary and Hard — not raw SMTP codes.
- Healthy (90–100) — no serious pressure on Temporary errors, Hard bounces, bounce rate, latency, or complaints.
- Warning (70–89) — Temporary failures, bounce rate, or latency are rising. Check Overview and the domain table.
- Critical (0–69) — Hard bounces, spam complaints, or bounce rate are high enough to threaten reputation. DNS issues are watched separately on Domains.
How we calculate it
The score starts at 100 and subtracts capped penalties from the rates in your selected Overview window (7 / 14 / 30 days):
- Hard bounce rate — weighted most heavily (list hygiene or blocks).
- Temporary errors — often precede throttling at the receiver.
- Overall bounce rate — extra penalty on top of Hard bounces.
- Spam complaints — small rate increases subtract a lot.
- Delivery latency — p95 above 2 seconds (greylisting or throttle signal).
Hourly anomaly detection is separate: last hour vs a 7-day baseline, plus disposable hits when those events arrive.
Why a unified score matters
Latency on Amazon SES transactional mail can share a sending domain with SendGrid campaigns. Merging events into one workspace means Sales, RevOps, and Engineering see the same numbers and the same domain breakdown.

When is an email bounce rate a warning?
70–89 is Warning: Temporary failures, bounce rate, or latency are elevated. Below 70 is Critical. 90–100 is Healthy.
Does this replace ESP reputation dashboards?
No. You still send from SendGrid, Postmark, or Amazon SES. InboxMon merges their events so Sales, RevOps, and Engineering see one score and domain breakdown.
